I chose this hotel for my business trip because it provided all the necessary facilities for my needs, including a fully equipped fitness room, AC Lounge , parking, Turkish bath, sauna. The hotel's location also offered easy access to both the business and residential areas of the northwest of the city.

The only thing I missed for my work was a dedicated workspace in the room.

We had made a reservation for a room without breakfast the night of Friday 16th to Saturday 18th (88 euros). On Friday 16th in the evening we phoned to say that we would be late. Apparently, as we learned later, when we did not arrive at the hotel before 24:00, the hotel charged our room on the bank card. On the night of Saturday 17 to Sunday 18, we had a room with breakfast (95 Euros approx.) reserved in our name for the Congress we were going to attend and which was paid for by a third party. When we left on Sunday 18th, when we went to pay the first night (without knowing that it had already been charged on our card) we were charged 95 euros approx. which we paid in cash. Having noticed the error in the amount, a few minutes later we told the reception. In reception they get blocked and don't understand anything, and tell us that they can't do anything and that they will call us by phone. Finally the person who was going to pay the second night (and who had made that reservation) calls us and tells us that when he went to pay he had been told that we had already paid for the room. We talk again with the reception, and they tell us that the only thing they can do is to cancel the charge on our card for the night from Friday 16th to Saturday 18th (88 euros), and charge it to the person who was going to pay the night from Saturday to Sunday. Anyway, two complaints:. 1st/ Since we gave notice in advance, I understand that we should not have been charged on the card for checking in later than 24:00. 2/ The reception staff should be more trained, both in terms of counting and in terms of managing stress situations when two or more people meet at the reception.

Modern hotel in convenient local for visiting local area.

No tea or coffee making facilities in room. Not near a Metro or train station. On the motorway so quite noisy with traffic. Even with the window closed.

I recently stayed at Ac Hotel Aravaca for a few days while visiting the area. The hotel's modern ambiance and convenient location near the A6 made it easy for me to travel to and from Madrid with my car. Despite being away from the tourist areas, there were still nice restaurants nearby. The room was quiet, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with a nice shower. The staff were also very friendly, and I enjoyed the buffet breakfast provided.

I had a great stay at Ac Hotel Aravaca and would be happy to recommend this hotel.

It was a very comfortable room and although its close to motorway it can not be heard from the room.

The cleaner was extremmaly noisey was trying to have a nap in the afternoon and it was impossible

The hotel is modern, well-located for visiting Madrid with a car, and has a good wifi connection. The comfortable bed and clean room with a nice bathroom and shower were great. The staff were friendly and the manager provided amazing service, being very efficient and welcoming.

The rooms are very spacy and clean. Everything is of good quality. The personnel is friendly and correct.

The breakfast was good but I missed some things like warm eggs, fruit salad. Maybe exceptional?

The room at AC Hotel Aravaca was so comfy and cozy, with modern amenities like free WiFi and air conditioning. It had a laptop-friendly workspace which was perfect for catching up on emails. I loved the special reading lamps for late-night reading!

Personally, I found the paid minibar in the room a bit expensive. But hey, others might still enjoy it!

Disappointing breakfast, very basic and bland.

Well-located with plenty of nearby restaurants, comfortable rooms, and free minibar. The hotel quickly found my lost charger, although I had to arrange for it to be picked up. I recommend this hotel.
